Erdos

Our mission

Put the last mile of AI within reach of every business.

AI is no longer scarce. What’s scarce is the ability to land it inside a real company: to sit with the data, learn how the work actually gets done, and ship something that survives past the demo. Erdos exists to make that reachable for anyone, not just the companies with a research lab on speed dial.

Why we exist

A wave nobody built the on-ramp for.

Every company has been told to adopt AI, and most of them tried. They ran the pilot, saw the demo work, and then hit the part nobody sells a product for: the integration, the permissions, the data nobody trusts, the workflow that never quite bends to fit. Around 95% of pilots stall right there.

The frontier labs solved this for themselves by building captive deployment teams and pointing them at their largest accounts. Everyone else, the mid-market and the operators doing the actual work of the economy, gets left staring at a pilot that never reached production.

So we built the thing that closes that gap and then keeps running. We ship the first capability into production, and we leave Erdos behind: a managed company brain that keeps answering from your own data long after the build is finished. That’s the whole company.

What we believe

The principles behind every engagement.

The last mile is the whole game

Models are a commodity now. The hard part was never the technology; it's the messy, human work of wiring AI into how a real company actually operates. That's where almost every pilot dies, and it's the only part we work on.

Sell the outcome, not the hours

Billing by the hour rewards taking longer and gives you no way to budget. We price on the capability: a fixed implementation, then a subscription for keeping it alive. The incentives point the same way ours do.

Leave capability behind

A deployment that only works while the expert is in the room isn't a deployment; it's a dependency. Every engagement is built to hand your team something they can run and extend themselves.
